Following ultrasound-assisted pressure treatments, free water was partially transformed into immobile water, resulting in enhanced water-holding capacity in the chicken samples.

Cherry tomatoes stored at 25°C showed visible signs of decay as early as day 3, while those stored at 4°C remained relatively intact until day 11. Decay progressed more rapidly and severely under the 25°C condition.
