About the Awarded Company

 

Suzhou Newmai Analysis Instruments Co., Ltd. was established in 2009. It is a national high-tech enterprise, a national postdoctoral research station, and the lead unit for national major scientific instrument and equipment development projects. In 2016, it became the first domestic instrument company to be listed on the New Third Board.

The company focuses on the application and promotion of “nuclear magnetic resonance” technology and has mastered the core technologies of low-field nuclear magnetic resonance scientific instrument manufacturing and application development. “Innovative Application and System Development of Low-field Nuclear Magnetic Resonance Technology in Rapid Food Detection” Project

This project, after 12 years of research, innovatively applies low-field nuclear magnetic resonance technology for rapid product detection, which will generate significant economic and social benefits.

Main Innovative Highlights

Identified the distribution and migration patterns of moisture during the cooling, thawing, and processing of meat, and clarified the relaxation signal characteristics of different edible oils under low-field nuclear magnetic resonance, providing a theoretical basis for rapid screening methods for injected water meat, thawed meat, injected fat meat, and gutter oil.

Developed rapid screening methods based on low-field nuclear magnetic resonance for injected pork, thawed pork, gutter oil, and injected fat meat, addressing the problems of low efficiency and accuracy in traditional methods.

Created a low-field nuclear magnetic resonance system with independent intellectual property rights.
