The cool autumn comes with the harvest season, and everywhere in the land is busy with bountiful harvests. In the warm atmosphere celebrating the successful opening of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China, we ushered in the fifth Chinese Farmers’ Harvest Festival. The grain is stored, the harvest is busy, and the scent of melons, fruits, and rice fills the air. This year’s China Farmers’ Harvest Festival was held at the Tianfu Agricultural Expo Park. This is the first time the national main venue of the China Farmers’ Harvest Festival has been set in Chengdu. During the event, various themed activities and exhibitions showcased Sichuan’s determination and efforts to build a “Tianfu Granary” and enhance Sichuan’s agricultural reputation.
