We regret to inform you that, due to the fact that the second-generation Nuclear Magnetic Resonance (NMR) control spectrometer system has been in the market for over a decade, many components, chips, and parts are no longer in production, and similar replacement parts are unavailable. Our new NMR control spectrometer has undergone several updates and upgrades, and we will provide reliable upgrade solutions for the second-generation system.

As of August 8, 2023, we will cease hardware repair services for the second-generation NMR control spectrometer system.
