From July 13 to 15, 2022, the 2021-2022 Asia-Pacific Meat Technology Conference and the 19th China Meat Technology Conference were grandly held at the Jinniu Grand Hotel in Chengdu, Sichuan. Experts, scholars, and entrepreneurs from both domestic and international meat industries gathered to discuss the theme "Innovation and Development of Meat Technology in the Asia-Pacific Region." Over the course of three days, participants explored the issues, opportunities, and challenges faced by the meat industry.
