Global Service Tour – Wuhan Stop Concludes Successfully!

From the red-tiled greenery of Qingdao to the graceful charm of Wuxi, the Niumag Global Service Tour’s third stop concluded vibrantly in Wuhan!

Over 60 faculty and students from Wuhan University of Technology, Wuhan University of Light Industry, China University of Geosciences (Wuhan), and the Wuhan Institute of Geotechnical Mechanics, Chinese Academy of Sciences, joined the event to discuss the latest applications and research in low-field NMR for geotechnical studies and to address technical issues directly with the Niumag Analysis team.

 

Before the event began, Professor Li Qi, representing Niumag users, gave a warm welcome to all teachers and students. He highlighted the Global Service Tour as an excellent platform for交流 and interaction, encouraging attendees to gain insights that broaden their research horizons and wishing the event a complete success.

Gao Yangwen, Niumag Product Director, introduced the company’s history, application fields, and the principles of low-field NMR technology to the attendees

 

Dr. Tian Hui, Associate Researcher at Wuhan Institute of Geotechnical Mechanics, shared insights on NMR studies of multiphase soils

 

Liu Yang from Yangtze University shared techniques and applications of mobile full-diameter core NMR scanning data processing

 

Customer Service Manager Pan Lixing introduced the usage and maintenance of low-field NMR instruments

 

Pre-sales Manager Gu Ming explained low-field NMR data processing and image analysis software

 

After the presentations, many faculty and students engaged with the Niumag team, discussing challenges in their research projects and communicating directly with engineers. These Q&A sessions embodied the Global Service Tour’s commitment to customer support, offering real-time solutions for instrument-related issues.

In the afternoon, Manager Gu Ming guided attendees to the laboratory, providing detailed demonstrations of Niumag software, imaging tools, and hardware operation.

Participants also engaged in hands-on experiments, collaboratively addressing practical challenges encountered during operations.
